Returns

All returns must be accompanied by a Supplement Warehouse Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number.

Please email us at helpdesk@nutritiondirectinc.com and ask for a return processing authorization number. This number must appear on your return label. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the problem is our fault which will be determined at the time you obtain your RPA number.

If you have already opened or partially used a product that you received from us, we can give you an in store credit depending upon the policy of the manufacturer. If the product is a prohormone, test booster or andro product, we cannot accept any return if opened.  We will not refund your credit card for opened products. Orders more than 30 days old will not be returned . We will not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you have received from a previous return of an opened item.

Refunds

Please note that once we put a refund through on average it takes between 7 and 10 business days for it to show up in your account.

SPECIFICS

  • Damaged Products must be received by us before any refunds.
  • Shipping Charges will not be refunded, except in the case of damaged products.
  • All problems with orders must be reported within 72 hours upon receiving them.
  • All sales for items purchased that are Discontinued/Clearance/Short Dated items are final. Returns will not be accepted for items in this category unless the item(s) was damaged upon arrival.

PROHORMONES & SARMS

We cannot accept returns on any prohormone or SARM products.
